Absolutely. Packages can include photography, cinematic video, and drone coverage.
No. Submitting the form is only an enquiry. Your booking is confirmed after availability has been checked, the quote and agreement have been accepted, and the required booking deposit has been paid.
Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for weekends and larger events. Last-minute bookings may also be available, depending on the date and location.
Yes. Choose Custom Package or Not Sure Yet on the enquiry form. Tell me about your event or project, and I’ll recommend the most suitable option.
Yes. Packages can be adjusted depending on your required coverage time, location and deliverables. Photography, videography, drone coverage and social media reels can also be combined.
A date is not secured until the booking requirements have been completed and the deposit has been received. Enquiries alone do not reserve a date.
Yes. Travel to other parts of Tasmania may be available. Additional travel and accommodation charges may apply depending on the location and schedule.

Pricing & payments

The listed prices cover the inclusions shown in each package. The final quote may change if you require additional coverage, travel, drone services, priority delivery or other custom work.
Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be included in your quote and booking agreement.
Additional charges may apply for travel outside the standard service area, extra coverage time, venue access fees, paid parking, priority editing or specialist requests. Any additional costs will be discussed before the booking is confirmed.
Additional coverage may be available at the agreed hourly rate, subject to availability. Please let me know as early as possible if you think your event may run longer.
I am based in Devonport, Tasmania.
I provide photography and videography services throughout Devonport and North West Tasmania, including Latrobe, Port Sorell, Ulverstone, Penguin, Burnie, Wynyard and surrounding areas.
Travel within the standard service area may be included, depending on the package. Travel outside that area will be quoted based on distance, travel time and any associated costs.

Photography

The approximate minimum number of edited photographs is listed in each package. The final number can vary depending on the event, coverage time, lighting conditions and the number of usable images captured.
Yes. Delivered photographs receive professional adjustments such as colour correction, exposure balancing, cropping and other refinements consistent with my editing style.
No. RAW and unedited files are not normally delivered. They are unfinished working files and do not represent the final quality or style of our work.
Absolutely. You can provide a short list of important people, moments or details before the event. While every effort will be made to capture them, specific photographs cannot always be guaranteed due to timing, access and changing event conditions.
Yes. Please let me know about important group combinations in advance so they can be planned efficiently during the event.

Photography & Videography

The video length and format depend on your chosen package. This may include a short cinematic highlight, a longer event film or a vertical social media reel.
Cinematic highlight packages are designed to capture selected moments and create a polished film. They do not automatically include uninterrupted recording of the entire event.
Continuous ceremony, speech or performance recording should be requested separately.
Yes. Vertical social media reels can be included in selected packages or added separately.
Yes. Combined packages are available for clients who want both professional photographs and a cinematic highlight film.
For smaller events, I may provide combined photography and video coverage independently. Because I cannot capture every moment in both formats at exactly the same time, the coverage focuses on the most important moments and planned deliverables.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellation terms will be explained in your booking agreement. The booking deposit is generally non-refundable because the date has been reserved and other bookings may have been declined.
Rescheduling may be possible with sufficient notice and is subject to availability. Last-minute rescheduling may involve additional fees or the loss of the booking deposit.
Outdoor sessions may be adjusted, moved to a suitable indoor location or rescheduled if the weather creates unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

Drone services

No. Drone coverage is included only where specifically listed or added to your quote.
No. Drone operations depend on weather, wind, visibility, location restrictions, airspace rules, property access and safe operating conditions.
If flying is not safe or legally permitted, alternative ground-based coverage may be provided where appropriate.
Not always. Some venues, national parks, airports, populated areas and restricted locations may require permission or may not permit drone operations.
The proposed location will be checked before the shoot.
Where drone coverage cannot proceed due to safety, weather or legal restrictions, the situation will be discussed with you. The applicable solution will depend on whether drone coverage was included as a package feature or purchased as a separate service.

Delivery

Photographs are generally delivered within 7 days.
Cinematic films are generally delivered within 14 to 21 days, depending on the package and project complexity.
Final photographs and videos will usually be delivered through a private online gallery or secure digital download link.

Image use and privacy

Yes. Personal-use clients can normally share their delivered files on social media and with family and friends. Please avoid applying heavy filters or altering the final work.
Selected content may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes only where permission has been provided or where this is covered by the agreement.
Clients should be able to discuss privacy requirements before booking.
Yes. Please mention any privacy concerns in your enquiry so they can be discussed and recorded before the booking.
The photographer/ videographer generally retains copyright while the client receives agreed usage rights. The exact terms should be stated in your booking agreement.
